A superb opportunity has arisen for a Bilingual (French/English) Project Manager to join a specialist Financial Institution which operates within the Leasing and Asset Finance marketplace.? You will be responsible for managing and implementing projects relating to the lease administration system.
This is a ?hands on? role and the duties will inevitably be very varied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, complete and support new client application implementations and organise projects through development and distribution of project plans.
- Manage the coordination and communication with project team members to complete the project requirements in a controlled and timely manner.
- Document required change to the systems and processes and manage their implementation.
- Produce documentation to support changes as they occur by detailing the implications for user procedures, systems configuration and reporting.
- Liaise with various departments including Operations, Finance, Application Support teams, third party suppliers and clients to support and develop robust and effective business processes and identify opportunities to improve these processes.
- Provide periodic updates on project status to key project stakeholders.
- Be keen to work with the business to offer an improved IT environment and suggest innovation to improve working practices, resilience and efficiency.
Key Skills:
- You should have relevant?experience of supporting lease administration and proposal management systems.
- You will also understand process flows and the need to strive for continuous improvement resulting in the development of robust processes as well as a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- An appreciation of Prince 2 terminology and knowledge of ICEnet products (ICEPRO and ICEMAN applications) along with previous experience of data migration work between lease administration systems would be a distinct advantage.
